Performing Single Shipment Functions
To perform a function on a single shipment, simply select a row on the list. The selected shipment can then be tracked, voided or deleted.
Track - Click on the "Track" icon on the top navigation when highlighting a ship record that has been shipped and NRGship will update the status of that shipment.
Void - Click on the "Void" icon on the top navigation when highlighting a ship record that has been shipped and NRGship will void the shipment if it has not already been picked up or scanned by FedEx.
Delete - Click on the "Delete" icon on the shipment row within the list to delete the record. You can only delete new shipments or voided shipments from NRGship.
