Cleanup Utilities
From the application menu bar select Utilities to run the following functions:
Delete Ship Label Images > 15 Days Old - If you print your labels to a laser printer, the images are stored on your computer and the database size can become quite a large file. In preferences, you can enable the option to delete images on delivery, or you can utilize this function to manually delete images 15 days after shipment.
Print Unprinted Laser Labels 2-Up - This function finds all unprinted labels and outputs them to laser using the special 2-Up layout. Obtain UPS 2-up label stock to use this functionality.
Print Unprinted Labels to Thermal - This function finds all unprinted labels and outputs them to a thermal printer. Output is supported on Mac OS and Windows.
