Endicia Account
If you do not already have one, you will need to establish an Endicia Account to use NRG's Endicia Desktop Connect.
NOTE: Endicia Label Server accounts (and postage) are incompatible with Endicia for Mac or DAZzle for Windows accounts. If you currently use Endicia Label Server, you will need to create a new Endicia Account that utilizes Endicia Desktop software. NRG does support Endicia Label Server through our FileMaker toolkit for Endicia Label Server.
Endicia Account Signup
Sign up at Endicia.com. Make sure you select Endicia Pro or Endicia for Mac option.
As soon as your account is setup, you will receive an email confirmation with the account number. Successful completion of that step will activate the account and allow you to then start buying postage and issuing print postage transactions.
Purchasing Postage
All postage purchases are maintained thru the Endicia for Mac or DAZzle for Windows software. The ascending postage balance is returned with each transaction, however additional postage must be purchased manually.
