Creating Multiple Shipments from NRGship Address Book
You can define a list or group within your address group and view it on the Address Book list view. From here, you can prepare or ship multiple shipments all in one action.
Preparing Multi-Shipments
Once you have the list or group defined and displaying in the Address Book list view, click the "Multi-Ship" icon. Fill out the basic shipment information in the popup window. Then choose to "Create Ship Records" or "Ship Batch".
Batch Ship Address List
Selecting "Ship Batch" will start the ship process for all of the shipments in your list. After the process is complete and all the labels have printed, you will see the Shipping List come up and display the "shipped" status for your list of shipments.
If there is an issue with any of the addresses, only the Address Book records with complete address information will ship. You will see a dialog error if any of the addresses are incorrect. Simple click "continue" if that happens and the rest of the records will ship. You will then be able to go to the errant shipment records and update the information to properly create the shipping label.
Create Ship Records Only
Selecting "Create Ship Records" will create shipments records for the addresses in your list. After the process is complete, you will see the Shipping List come up and display the "new shipment" status for your list of shipments.
Now you can ship each record one at time from the detail view, or make modifications and return the the Shipping List and ship them as a batch.
