Account Status

Checking Your Account Status

Open the NRGShip Toolkit for Endicia Label Server file and select the "Account" icon on the main menu. Account status is the default screen.

  • Enter your Endicia Label Server Account ID and Pass Phrase
  • Select the LIVE server
  • Click the "Get Status" button and results will be displayed

Results

  • A Status field value of 0 (zero) means the account response is successful
  • Any other response will include an error message.

You will also be able to view your postage balance. If the balance is low, you will need to submit a Buy Postage request.
