Changing Your Endicia Pass Phrase

Upon account creation, you will need to immediately change the pass phrase. You should also change it periodically to insure proper security of your Endicia postage account.

Once you change the pass phrase, you must update it's usage in any other areas of the toolkit. If you receive a locked out error, you will need to call endicia to have your pass phrase reset. After the manual reset, you will need to invoke another change request.

  • Enter your Label Server Account ID, Pass Phrase and New Pass Phrase
  • Select the LIVE server
  • Press the Change Pass Phrase button to submit the transaction

Change Pass Phrase Results

  • A Status field value of 0 (zero) means the request was successful
  • Any other response will include an error message
