Postage Refunds

Requesting a Postage Refund

You can easily request a postage refund thru the toolkit.

  • Enter your Label Server Account ID, Pass Phrase and shipment PIC Number
  • Select the LIVE server
  • Press the Refund Request button to submit the transaction

Refund Results

  • A Status field value of 0 (zero) means the refund request was successful
  • Any other response will include an error message
